Purchasing Policy

We do not have a standard pricelist. Each potential customer is given a firm Quotation prior to an invoice being issued.

Customers are given a set period in which to trial a Justcroft product. Once they are satisfied with the product they will give Justcroft an order to purchase the product either with an official Purchase Order or informally in an email message.

Until payment is received, by cheque, bank transfer or credit card payment, customers will be issued with temporary licences so that they can continue to use the product.

Once payment is received in full, a permanent licence will be issued. Thus the concepts of Cancellation / Refund Policy and Return / Refund Policy are not applicable.

If a customer wishes to pay by credit card, payment is made on a protected page within Justcroft's support website (support.justcroft.com). The support website is username/password protected. The customer will use a secure PayPal-hosted page within which to enter their credit card details.

No credit card details are held by Justcroft, nor are any of the other details (cardholder name, address) requested as part of the payment process.

Customer details such as name, email and postal addresses, are held in Justcroft's Contact Database. See Justcroft's Cookies & Privacy Policy for more information on what data is held.
