Justcroft maintains a Contact Database. A Contact may be a customer organisation contact, a potential customer that has trialled a Justcroft product, a Justcroft Partner, or a company legal or accounting representative.

The details held for each contact are:

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Job Type (e.g. Commercial, Technical, Legal)
  • Email address
  • Telephone No.
  • Fax No.
  • Postal address
  • Justcroft products used or interested in

Contact data will never be disclosed to a third party unless instructed to do so by a Court Order issued by a UK Court of Law.

No other details are held by Justcroft.

Contact details are used by Justcroft to support the use of Justcroft’s products by a customer, to inform of any product updates, to request renewal of annual support and maintenance fees, and to inform of any general news about Justcroft or its products. A Contact has the option to opt out of this last option if so desired.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites.

We use ‘Session’ cookies on Justcroft web sites: ‘Session’ cookies are temporary pieces of information which are erased once you exit your Web browser window or turn your computer off. Session cookies are used on our web sites to improve navigation on our web sites, manage the state of menus, and as part of our internal analytics package. The session cookies store a single id, something like ‘gf4udc6it097o2rvgo0r7bd42tc191uu’. This cookie is destroyed when you close your browser.

The only cookie stored on your computer that is not temporary is the one that records whether you have asked not to see the cookie policy pop-up again. This contains only the value ‘yes’, and is stored for 1 year.

You can disable or delete any Justcroft cookies already stored on your computer without affecting the working of Justcroft web sites.
