We do not have a standard pricelist. Each potential customer is given a firm Quotation prior to an invoice being issued.
Customers are given a set period in which to trial a Justcroft product. Once they are satisfied with the product they will give Justcroft an order to purchase the product either with an official Purchase Order or informally in an email message.
Until payment is received, by cheque or bank transfer, customers will be issued with temporary licences so that they can continue to use the product.
Once payment is received in full, a permanent licence will be issued. Thus the concepts of Cancellation / Refund Policy and Return / Refund Policy are not applicable.
Customer details such as name, email and postal addresses, are held in Justcroft’s Contact Database. See Justcroft’s Privacy Policy & use of Cookies for more information on what data is held.
